答復(fù)：現(xiàn)行《商標(biāo)法》第十四條主要規(guī)制的是以馳名商標(biāo)進(jìn)行廣告宣傳等行為，使用類似“著名品牌”或者“知名商標(biāo)”等字樣不屬于《商標(biāo)法》調(diào)整的范疇，可參見《廣告法》、《反不正當(dāng)競爭法》等其他法律法規(guī)規(guī)定。
